The Courtyard Gallery is home to a unique concept in the Art Source Network, which was set up with the specific aim of connecting buyers and artists in a secure and professional environment. A studio in the gallery is dedicated to the network, with samples of members' work on permanent display. More examples of the work are available to view in albums or on CD. Should a buyer have a specific requirement, such as a particular subject for a painting , he or she can then select an artist and discuss the possibility of commissioning a piece.

"One of the biggest problems faced by many people is that it is extremely difficult to stage exhibitions in established galleries. Additionally, the majority of artists do not have the facilities to show off their work at home. Therefore, they need a space whereby their work can bee seen by buyers," Anne said: "The network allows for that. Having the CDs available for viewing also allows people to view whole collections by a particular artist. As we know all of the artists, we can also recommend who might suit a customer's particular requirements," she added. “The gallery also facilitates meetings between artists and potential customers to discuss commissions”.
